The Service provides tools, not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of measurements, pricing, and materials
• Verifying estimates before presenting them to customers
• Ensuring compliance with permits, codes, and local regulations
• How estimates, visuals, and PDFs are used in your business

FencePro.ai does not guarantee job outcomes, pricing accuracy, or profitability.

3. AI Visualizer Disclaimer

AI-generated images and previews are:

• Conceptual and illustrative only
• Not guaranteed to match final installation
• Intended as marketing and visualization aids

Final installations may differ based on materials, site conditions, and installer judgment.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

5. Subscription, Trials & Cancellation

• Free trials may be offered at our discretion
• Paid plans are billed according to your selected plan
• You may cancel at any time via the account or billing settings
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by law

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload harmful, malicious, or infringing content
• Attempt to bypass security, access other accounts, or reverse engineer the Service
• Abuse system resources or interfere with the operation of FencePro.ai

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action for violations, including suspension or termination of access.

7. Termination

FencePro.ai may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You engage in illegal or harmful activity
• We are required to do so by law

You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FencePro.ai and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

In all cases, FencePro.ai’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may update or modify the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
